When should I book a new build inspection?
Before possession is ideal, so issues can be addressed early. It’s also worth booking before your warranty periods end, so defects can be reported to your builder or warranty provider in time.
How much does a new build inspection cost?
New build inspections follow our published rates for the property type: detached homes from $575, condos from $425 and townhomes from $525.
Will I get a list for my builder?
Yes. Your same-day report documents each deficiency with photos, so it’s easy to share with your builder or warranty provider.
