3. Thermal Imaging
Every mold assessment includes thermal imaging to help identify temperature differences that may indicate hidden moisture behind walls, ceilings, or other concealed areas. While thermal imaging does not detect mold directly, it is an effective tool for locating areas that may require further investigation.
4. Air Sample Collection
Using our Breeze ET air sampling system, we collect indoor air samples from the areas of concern, along with an outdoor control sample for comparison. These samples capture airborne mold spores that are present in the environment at the time of testing.
5. Accredited Laboratory Analysis
The air samples are submitted to an accredited laboratory, where specialists identify the types of mold spores present and measure their concentrations. Comparing the indoor samples to the outdoor control helps determine whether elevated mold levels may exist within the home.
6. Detailed Report & Results
Once the laboratory analysis is complete, you'll receive a comprehensive report outlining the findings in clear, easy-to-understand language. The report includes the laboratory results, photographs, observations made during the inspection, and practical recommendations if elevated mold levels or moisture concerns are identified.
