As part of your condo inspection, we can review the available strata documents using the Inspect Canada app. This includes documents such as meeting minutes, depreciation reports, engineering reports, financial statements, and bylaws. The app uses AI to organize and summarize hundreds of pages, helping identify recurring maintenance issues, planned special levies, building deficiencies, insurance concerns, and other important information that may influence your purchasing decision.
