Who we are and what do we do?
Foxhound Inspections is a residential home inspection firm based out of Richmond, BC and proudly services the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley area. We live by our motto, "Your home is our business". Our qualified home inspectors are available 7 days a week and can accompany weekday evenings as well, so you don't have to take time off work to schedule a home inspection. Education is our top priority
Home inspectors are story tellers of the home. And the best way for you to understand the story is for us to educate you on the basic components of your home. We love it when you ask questions and are curious of how things work. An informed client is a happy client.

Trained and Experienced
Our inspectors are Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® trained by InterNACHI - the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.NACHI.org) - which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification.
All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year in order to maintain their membership in good standing.
In order to become certified, our inspectors were required to take inspection courses related to the interior and exterior of the home, including the common and major areas of concern for home buyers, such as the foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. Our inspectors are graduates of InterNACHI® School, the world's only home inspector college that offers the nationally-accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.
Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be evident to you. Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.
